We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed that allowed us to have a good night's sleep. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, which was delivered to our room due to our early morning flight. The selection of fresh fruit, omelettes, pastries, and other delicious foods made for a satisfying and enjoyable start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring this city, as it was within walking distance to the Souk where we found many restaurants to try. The proximity to the main tourist areas and the opportunity to take a nice stroll along the Corniche added to our overall experience.

this hotel was situated not far from tourist destinations like museum of islamic arts. we loved the fact that we chose al bustan. free wi fi was available in all rooms. we dined at margherita restaurant, that is just 500 feet away.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very big and internet access was free of charge which you dont find in many hotels these days.

They need to fix the shower head.

we were upgraded into a junior suite. so we had space in the room.the location was quite good and relative calm despite the airplanes.the breakfast buffet is very nice. you can have local and western food!

the "roof-gym" has to be renovated. the equipment is old and it seems that it is not cleaned every day....

The staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was spacious and cleaned daily. the location was convenient and close to the main attractions. the breakfast offered a good selection of food and the restaurant served tasty meals.

The wifi connection was inconsistent and would often disconnect. the noise from neighboring rooms easily traveled through the thin walls, which made it difficult to sleep.

The lobby is very nice although I never used it. The room was average size and very nice. The bed was great and the a/c blew cold. The resteraunt is very nice but a bit pricey.

Internet was super slow, hotel never offered me any sight seeing tips when there is so much to see, poor water pressure, poor signage on floors to help you find your room, they said a couple things were within walking distance... Well they are if you're use to walking 15-20 miles a day, poor taxi service.. Wouldn't call a taxi for me had to walk 1 mile down the street before ever getting picked up, almost missing my appointment. They charged me like 70 roalies for drinking 3 sodas and a water out of my room mini fridge. No Liquor? Seriously If you want the 2022 World Cup you better get with the times people.

The hotel was very convenient to the Souk for shopping and the Corniche for recreation. The staff and facilities were great.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

It was near the corniche, near the museums, and near the airport, too. Also, the restaurant and shisha place that the hotel owns were excellent. Furthermore it was within walking distance to Souq Waqif, the traditional market and one of the main attractions that the city provides. It was a good value for money.

There was a change of rooms when I arrived at the hotel: I booked a single room, and they gave me a twin bedroom.. Although they did say with the same price, so I wasn't complaining :). Also, not enough electric sockets to recharge your phone or whatever.

Guests can take a nice stroll along the Corniche to reach these places. the common areas have good Wi-Fi, and the hotel offers airport transfers that run smoothly. the staff at the hotel are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

Some guests have reported that the air conditioning system in the rooms can be noisy and may circulate cigarette smoke from other rooms.
